Welcome To Samaritan Medical Care Center
At Samaritan Medical Care Center, family medicine is our specialty. We provide care to all ages, from children to adults. We offer appointments and walk in services. We do comprehensive physicals, routine women's health exams, school, camp, DOT physicals, immigration physicals and workman's compensation exams. We also offer BAT tests (alcohol), drug testing (hair and urine) and pre-employment physicals. We have an on-site x-ray. We participate in most HMO and PPO insurance plans (except Medi-Cal).

ABOUT OUR DOCTORS
DR. SAMUEL CIPOLETTI
Medical Director/Medical Review Officer
Dr. Cipoletti graduated from Hahnemann Medical College in Pennsylvania in 1978. He practices in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Occupational Medicine. He currently resides in San Jose with his wife and daughter.
DR. DIANA FINK
Dr. Fink graduated from the University of Louisville Medical School in Kentucky in 1980 and trained at Stanford University Hospital. She practices in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Occupational Medicine as well as women's health. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine. She is affiliated with Good Samaritan Hospital and Community Hospital of Los Gatos. She currently resides in Los Gatos with her husband.
DR. KEITH WILEY
Dr. Wiley graduated from the University of California at San Francisco in 1977. He practices in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine and Occupational Medicine. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine. He is affilliated with Good Samaritan Hospital. He currently resides in San Mateo.
DR. MELANIE MARTIN
Dr. Martin graduated from the University of Kentucky Medical School in 1986. She practices in Family Medicine and Occupational Medicine. She is affilliated with Good Samaritan Hopsital. She currently resides in San Francisco with her dog, Simon.

OUR LOCATION AND HOURS
We are located at 554 Blossom Hill Road at Blossom Avenue and off of Highway 85. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00-6:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00-3:00. We are open every day of the year except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
